ANALISIS ESTRATEGICO CLINICA SAN JOSE, ARMENIA 1997

Resumen

Se realiza una investigación operativa en la Clínica San José de Armenia I.P.S. del Seguro Social en la cual se exploran estratégicamente las áreas: Financiera, de Recurso Humano y Gerencial, con la información obtenida directamente de las personas que desempeñan cargos intermedios y altos dentro de la estructura. Se elaboran matrices en donde se evalúa el impacto y se clasifica, tanto su análisis de perfil de capacidad interna (PCI) como el perfil de oportunidades y amenazas del medio (POAM). Nos brindan una información muy cercana de la situación actual desde el punto de vista del enfoque gerencial de la misma. Se plantean una serie de estrategias que son básicamente susceptibles de ser implementadas por la clínica San José de Armenia sin que dependa totalmente del nivel central del seguro social. Adicionalmente se hace un análisis de vulnerabilidad el cual nos muestra como institucionalmente la clínica se posiciona frente a unas posibles eventualidades ABSTRACT An operative investigation have been develop in the San Jose's Social Security (I.P.S) Hospital from Armenia, Quindío. Explore different an strategically areas such us : Financial, Human Resources and Top management information have been obtained directly from the persons that develop the middle and high charges of the internal structure. This information will be used to elaborate matrix that will help to evaluate the impact and serve to classified the improvement of their internal capacity of analysis (PCI), and the profile of opportunities and discapacity of the midway (PGAM). This information will approach us to the actual situation of the management develop. Some strategies are basically susceptible to be used, hinder totally from the central level of the Social Security. More than this, is useful the evaluation of vulnerability which announce us the real position of the institution facing possible eventualities.
