CARACTERIZACIÓN DE EGRESADOS DE LA UNIVERSIDAD CES EN LAS COHORTES DE 2003, 2005, 2007 Y MOMENTO “0”. (Characterization of graduate students from CES University in the cohorts of 2003, 2005, 2007 and zero moment poin)
Abstract
El artículo en cuestión es producto de la investigación llevada a cabo en el marco de la Convocatoria Nacional de seguimiento a egresados realizada en el año 2009, por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional; en concordancia con uno de los aspectos de mayor importancia de los procesos de autoevaluación, acreditación y seguimiento de la Universidad CES, que, a la par de las otras líneas de investigación, retroalimentan los programas académicos, su pertinencia curricular y su congruencia en los escenarios regional y local. El propósito del presente estudio se concentró en indagar dónde se encuentran los egresados y qué hacen; qué nivel de coherencia existe entre la formación que el programa ofrece y el ejercicio real de los egresados, y qué tanto su desempeño profesional es una expresión adecuada de los fines y el compromiso social del programa.

ABSTRACT
This paper is the result of a research based on the National Graduated Call held in 2009 by the National Ministry of Education, in accordance with one of the most important aspects of the self-assessment, accreditation and monitoring processes of the CES University, which in accordance with other research lines feed back the academic curriculum relevance and its coherence with the local and regional scenarios. The purpose of this study is focused on investigating the whereabouts of the graduates students and their occupations. Also it was consider, the consistency between the achievement from the offered training programs and the real practice of the graduates, as well as the agreement with their professional performance and the social commitment of each program.
