Neste artigo foram revisadas as indicações, objetivos e o passo a passo da Técnica de Hall Modificada para o manejo de molares decíduos e permanentes afetados pela hipomineralização severa do esmalte. Os princípios biológicos baseados na evidência são discutidos com o objetivo de proporcionar informações clínicas relevantes para odontopediatras e clínicos gerais, a fim de lhes fornecer apoio para o uso seguro da técnica na prática clínica.
