Las prácticas formativas en el programa de Fisioterapia Universidad CES.(The formative practices in the Physiotherapy program CES University)

Resumen

Como parte de programa de formación profesional de fisioterapia de la universidad CES, los estudiantes deberáncompletar su ciclo de formación y concluir exitosamente un conjunto de prácticas profesionales, bajo criterios yestándares nacionales e internacionales que tienen vigencia en el área del conocimiento al momento de la realizaciónde la misma. Las prácticas son la forma de concretar la relación dialéctica y simbiótica, entre la hermenéutica yla realidad del objeto de estudio, queriendo decir, que es la forma como la academia se nutre y a la vez aplica losconocimientos prácticos que abstrae de la realidad. Las prácticas profesionales, constituyen la aplicación más allá delos aprendizajes teóricos y de los contenidos, son el medio expedito para hacer el empalme de la teoría a la práctica,llevando a un estadio concreto y real las competencias, habilidades y destrezas del estudiante dándoles la oportunidadde experimentar la realidad del ejercicio profesional, en situaciones tan complejas como los pacientes, que deberánenfrentar con criterios conceptuales, metodológicos y éticos sólidos. La formación de los fisioterapeutas tiene comoénfasis el análisis del movimiento y sus aplicaciones en los diferentes campos de acción de la profesión.

Abstract

As part of a formative program in Physiotherapy from University CES, students should accomplish with the requirementsof the formative curriculum and successfully achieve a set of professional practices, under national and internationalstandards prevalent at the time of the practices fulfillment. These practices are the method to complete the dialecticand symbiotic relation between hermeneutical and the reality of the subject of study, which means, that is the way asthe academy feed itself and at the same time apply the knowledge that abstract from the reality. Into the polyhedraland holistic part of the human beings, that are in the last instance the most depurated subject of study from all thehuman sciences, professional practices constitute the application that goes beyond the simple theorical exercisesof the contents, constituting the easiest media to match the theorical with the practical field. Professional practiceconcentrates in taking apart the skills and the know how to let experience and the reality of the professional exercisetake part in complex situations with patients. They should deal with conceptual criteria, solid methodological criteriaand with an axiomatic well cemented, allowing the future professionals to transmit the proper values when they haveto treat human beings. The education of physiotherapists concentrates in the movement analysis and the applicationsin the different fields of actions in this profession.
