Innovación legal: conceptos, necesidad y experiencias

Este artículo busca aproximarse al concepto de innovación (y de innovación legal), así como a sus principales corrientes y manifestaciones, tales como el legal tech, el diseño legal (legal design thinking) y el legal project management; justificar la necesidad de profundizar en su desarrollo y adopción a partir de las baja cantidad y calidad en el acceso a los servicios legales públicos y privados, así como referenciar algunas experiencias nacionales e internacionales sobre estas disciplinas.
