Histiocitosis de células de Langerhans e imágenes diagnósticas

Resumen

El objetivo del artículo es presentar el caso de un paciente que consultó al servicio de imaginología por dolor en la región costal, el cual posteriormente fue diagnosticado como histiocitosis de células de Langerhans. Se pretende proveer al lector una breve revisión de tema de imágenes diagnósticas de esta enfermedad, para que el reconocimiento de la misma permanezca dentro de la lista de diagnósticos diferenciales.
